Blackburn Point Park is a versatile water-access park in Osprey with dedicated canoe and kayak access along Little Sarasota Bay. The park also includes motorized boat ramps, a fishing pier, restrooms, picnic areas, grills, trails, and a rowing facility.
For paddlers, the dedicated non-motorized launch helps make the setup easier than using a busy boat ramp. The bay and Intracoastal setting gives you plenty of shoreline to explore, though boat traffic can be active around the channel and nearby bridge.
